Jemma Wood

Position: Director, Youth & Family Services

Jemma joined Anglicare NT in February 2015 as Operations Manager Youth Support and Development. In July 2023, Jemma commenced in the newly created position of Director Youth & Family Services.

Jemma has over two decades of experience in youth and community services, having worked in a range of roles in local government, community health and community organisations including Whitelion, The Foundation for Young Australians and the Salvation Army.

Jemma has a Bachelor of Social Science Youth Studies, Masters of Youth Health & Education Management, Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management and Graduate Certificate of Developmental Trauma.
