Nicole Goulter

Position: Director Mental Health

Nicole (Nicci) Goulter commenced as Director Mental Health in December 2023.  Before joining Anglicare NT, Nicci worked in Queensland with the Mental Health Commission and in diverse roles in nursing, mental health, research, systems reform and governance.  Nicci holds a Masters of Mental Health Nursing and Masters of Applied Science and has extensive experience in executive leadership roles, team management and operational transformations across public mental health systems and not for profit sectors.

Nicci leads the consolidation and further development of our mental health services across the Northern Territory and oversights our suite of innovative headspace Centres in Darwin, Palmerston and Katherine. Nicci is passionate about collaborative approaches, stakeholder engagement and ensuring the people accessing our services have their voices heard and inform service design and improvements.
