National Debt Helpline  

In financial trouble and don’t know how to fix it? – start with the National Debt Helpline. When you ring 1800 007 007 a financial counsellor will pick up the phone and ask questions about your financial situation and what is worrying you. This is a confidential phone call – and it will start the ball rolling to get help you need.  

The No Interest Loans  

NILS are safe and affordable loans between $300 and $2000 to pay for things like new fridges, washing machines, car repairs, school expenses and medical expenses (to name a few!).  

Unlike other money lenders, there is no interest to pay back – ever! You only pay back what you borrowed, and our financial counsellors will work out a payback rate that suits your situation.
