Youth Housing Options and Pathways Program
Youth Housing Options and Pathways Program (YHOPP) provides accommodation to 15–19 year olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
YHOPP provides outreach support including:
- medium terms accommodation
- advocacy
- community education
- emergency relief
YHOPP is a collaborative partnership between Anglicare NT and YWCA of Darwin.
