Position: Director People and Learning

Kirrily Freson is the Director People and Learning and commenced with Anglicare NT in 2017. Kirrily has lived and worked in the Northern Territory since 2003 and prior to commencing with Anglicare NT worked in the Aboriginal Medical Services and business sectors.

Kirrily leads a friendly and responsive HR team who provide work health and safety, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, performance management and workers compensation support to our operational divisions. Kirrily provides strategic guidance on our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Workforce Development Strategy, staff wellbeing initiatives and industrial matters to the Senior Management Group and contributes to our accreditation processes. Kirrily is passionate about ensuring our staff are well supported as this helps ensure our frontline services make a positive difference in peoples’ lives.
