Lila Loveard

Position: Communications Manager

Lila Loveard commenced as Communications Manager in 2015 and creates printed and digital collateral, supports events and functions and liaises with media outlets. Resourcing our promotional, community awareness and advocacy campaigns, Lila helps Anglicare NT amplify the voice of the people and communities we support.

Lila holds a Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies), a Graduate Diploma in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies and is a fluent Indonesian speaker and has basic level Yolngu Matha language skills. Prior roles in marketing and event management combine with administrative experience in the health, higher education, international health research and environment sectors. As an active member of the Anglicare NT Reconciliation Committee and convenor of our Envirocare Working Party (which delivers environmentally focused campaigns within the workplace) Lila demonstrates her passion about social and ecological justice and commitment to learning from and working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
