Patricia Holtze

Position: General Manager Operations

Originally from South Australia, Patricia (Pattie) Holtze joined Anglicare NT in August 2023. With a background in Allied, Aboriginal, Acute, Primary & Community Health and Aged Care, Pattie started her professional career as a Speech Pathologist and has worked across all jurisdictions within mainland Australia. Prior to commencing with Anglicare NT, Pattie held the position of Alice Springs Hospitals’ Executive Director Allied & Hearing Health including oversight of the Aboriginal Partnership & Strategy Unit.

Pattie has also enjoyed an opportunity to work in Tennant Creek as the acting Regional Executive Director Barkly, Department of Health and while in Broken Hill (NSW) held roles with the Royal Flying Doctor Service and Southern Cross Care as Executive Manager Residential Services. With extensive senior operational and executive leadership experience in the health and services sector, within both government and non-government entities, Pattie is committed to supporting communities and providing high quality accessible services.
