Position: Director Impact & Service Development

Sally Weir is the Director Impact & Service Development and commenced with Anglicare NT in March 2024. Sally holds a Masters in Social Work and an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management and has worked extensively across the non-government, government and funder sectors in the Northern Territory and interstate.

With previous roles in direct client work, designing and establishing new services, leading projects, managing funding streams, oversighting operations, regional planning and consulting with the community and stakeholders, Sally brings a passion for values-based leadership, collaboration, evaluation and getting good outcomes.  Sally’s expertise in co-design, engagement and planning will value add to a team committed to resourcing program streams, understanding our impact and making a difference.
