Tara Townsend

Position: Executive Manager, Shared Services

Tara Townsend commenced in the role of Executive Manager, Shared Services in January 2024. Tara leads our finance, ICT, human resources and fleet and facilities teams.

Tara holds qualifications in business and accounting and has worked extensively in the not-for-profit sector and with Aboriginal controlled organisations across the Territory.  Tara has held the positions of Anglicare NT Finance Manager and A/Director Partnership Support Service.

Tara is passionate about data and financial literacy, and the insights and innovation we can gain from this to support social justice objectives. She is well-placed to support partnership development and collaborative approaches to help meet community needs.
